Something a little different today

🔥 Last electrician installed 3 x 80w warm white floods

💡Client/photographer complained about yellow lighting shining through the ceiling sheeting and shadows

✅ We corrected this with 4 x 150w 6500k flood lighting giving very little to no shadows and day light, lighting for the camera

Client now happy

We have been blessed with clients that always pay.

But waiting 2-5 months is no longer feasible, in this current climate.

RMC Electrical Testing are pleased to announce that we have commenced our partnership with the Silverhill House committee. This will involve the periodic testing of the landlord areas and 30 apartments (inc remedial works), fire alarm testing and emergency light testing.

Today’s find… a very lucky household 🔥 🔥 🔥

1. Expanding foam surrounding the lights allowing for no air flow/cooling.

2. The homeowner installed halogen lamps (which operate at a high temperature) instead of LED which operate at a significantly lower temperature.

3. Thankfully an RCD was fitted and was doing its thing once the cable insulation had fully broke down.

Always consult a professional before working on any electrics. ⚡️
