Safety isn’t just about what happens on site – it’s also about how we support the people affected by our work.
At Anamore, we take an arms-around approach to every project, recognising that the work we deliver impacts real people, families, and communities. That's why communication, support, and understanding are just as important to us as delivering quality workmanship.
Much of what we do takes place in occupied homes and communities, which is why we have an in-house Resident Liaison Officer, Mairead Haughey.
Having this role embedded within our team means residents aren’t dealing with a third party – they have a direct, consistent point of contact who understands the project, the programme, and the people delivering the work.
Mairead's role is to keep residents informed, answer questions quickly, and help ensure works are planned and delivered with minimal disruption. Just as importantly, she feeds back concerns in real time so we can respond and adapt where needed.
That close connection between our site teams and residents reflects the way we work at Anamore – building trust, offering reassurance, and making sure people feel supported throughout the process.
Because at Anamore, safety and communication go hand in hand, and people are always at the heart of everything we do.
