🏠 ONGOING RENOVATION PROJECT 🔨
Another busy week on one of our current renovation projects, with plenty happening throughout the property.
✅ Plumbing & electrical first fix complete
✅ New floor insulation installed and floors down
✅ Repairs carried out to existing floors
✅ Repairs and replacement of existing ceiling joists & roof timbers
✅ Existing roof being stripped
🔨 New roofing membrane & battens going on ready for the new tiles
Renovation and extension work is what we do.
When you start opening up an older property, you’re not always going to find everything exactly as expected — and that’s where experience makes the difference.
Whether it’s existing floors, roof timbers, ceilings or structural work, very little fazes us at this stage. We find the problem, work out the proper solution, get the materials and labour needed and keep the project moving.
