As we have now finished a very large project our diary is now open for bookings for landscaping and building work! Here are some pictures from a few different projects from the last year! We have been far to busy to post on here for a while so thought i would share some pictures of our latest 7 month project near Oswestry now its nearly finished. This is our biggest job to date with nearly £250,000 being spent to completley transform this neglected property and bring it back to life! The house had been severely neglected for the last 20 years (at least) and needed a comprehensive scheme of works to save it! Some of the works carried out are as follows,initial site clearance (to gain access),remedial works, full re plumb, new central heating systems, 5 new bathrooms (2 new en suites created), 2 new kitchens, 1 utility, scheme of insulation works to increase the epc, complete re wire, all new doors/skirting, complete re plaster, all new windows and doors and 4 acres of grounds landscaped including new driveways/parking areas pathways,patios amd fencing.This is now a lovely house with some amazing features and will be used as a high end holiday let! After a short break we are looking to fill our calender with smaller jobs before the next big project starts so please get in touch if you are interested in our services!

All it needed was a bit of love... and several thousand pounds... Derelict property brought back to life in oswestry. 2 storey townhouse appartment and shop (pictures to follow when it is fitted out and open) purchased at auction in July and keys just handed over to both sets of happy tennants. Biggest job to date, new windows, new plumbing and electrics (as there weren't any) 2 new gas connections. 2 full central heating systems. Insulated, re plastered, new doors, skirting and architrave. Epc of C achieved with no recommendations on any improvements. Tastefully modernised but still keeping the original character of the old building. This is the second full renovation project we have completed since April and we now have space for a few small jobs before the next big project starts!

The customer had this laid about 15 years ago and yet after a clean and a re point it looks like it could have been laid yesterday! Some of the work included, raising floor level to the same as the house, suspended ceiling, walls battened, Insulated and plastered, new lintel and moving of doorway, skirting and new door casing, new electrics and some cupboards and wardrobes just to finish it off.
