Ensuring the ground conditions are spot-on is a crucial first step before any construction begins. Now that our investigations are complete, the site is ready for the Structural Engineer to take our data and design exactly what is needed for the solid foundations of this structure.

We are thrilled to share some major recent updates from our Church Street site!

The transformation has hit a major turning point, and we’re excited to show you the latest progress. Swipe through to take a look!

We have installed the brand-new roof light and started laying the final flooring for the rooftop terrace. The first coat has been applied, with the second coat coming very soon, and the housing for the roller shutter is now fully installed.

Moving inside, we have officially completed the 1st fix for both mechanical and electrical works across the site. We have also started boarding the walls, with the plastering scheduled to commence in the next couple of days.

Seeing the exterior revealed while the interior takes shape is always a rewarding phase of the build. A huge effort from the team to keep everything moving smoothly!

Back where it all began!

We’re officially on-site for a new project in Gobowen, and this one holds a special place in Access Building Solutions' history. Years ago, this very property was where we completed our first-ever extension as a company!

Now, we’re back with the same client to take on their next big upgrade: a full basement conversion.

To handle the heavy lifting and clear out the space efficiently, we’ve brought in a specialised conveyor system to move the spoil out from below. Swipe through to see the team and the conveyor setup in action!

There is a big update at our site on Church Street in Oswestry!

Here is what’s been happening on-site:

Exterior Updates:

The scaffolding is officially down, fully showcasing the stunning facade for the first time!

External brickwork is now complete.

The new gravel driveway has been laid, bringing the front of the property together.

Interior Works:

We have officially kicked off 1st fix mechanical, electrical, and joinery works across the site.

Up on the first floor, chipboard flooring is down and plasterboard has been installed on the ceilings.

The heart of the home is officially coming together. Kitchen construction has moved a big step forward; we now have the full units fully fitted out with handles installed! For the first time, you can really see the finalised colour scheme and get a true feel for how incredible this space is going to look.

Both downstairs and the upstairs bedrooms have also started to take real shape with a fresh lick of paint going on the walls. It’s all really coming together now!

As you can see from these fresh drone images, we have officially completed the groundworks and poured the foundations for both extensions! 🧱✨ Having an aerial view really shows the scale of the layout transformation starting to take shape.

The lads have been digging deep, working hard, and keeping everything perfectly on schedule. Incredible effort, team!
