💡Lighting upgrades completed to 14 entrance stairwell fittings at Aico Oswestry HQ.
🪛 We have installed new Clevertronics UK emergency bulkhead fittings with integrated occupancy sensors. The new lights reduce down to 50% output for short duration, after 5 minutes of zero occupancy detection before switching off. This is a massive contrast to the light fittings in which we removed, which were constantly lit at 100% output 24/7, resulting in 10/14 of the emergency lights failing the minimum legal requirements during the 3 hour emergency lighting test.
✅ The new Clevertronics emergency lights benefit from a 10 year warranty. Their fittings are also more energy efficient due to the 0% and 50% outputs under zero or reduced occupancy periods. Another benefit of the new Clevertronics lights is the integrated self test functions which link up to their own remote back office system, which gives weekly test reports and analytics via emails to Aico staff. Helping Aico meet their legal requirements for monthly tests and also the annual full duration emergency lighting tests.
🧠 The Clevertronics weekly test reports also highlight any light fitting which is degrading and gives alerts to Aico staff before the minimum 3 hour emergency lighting test, not being met for the respective fitting. The report has the intelligence to locate the exact light which requires maintenance, before it fails 🤯
