PLANNING APPROVED ✅

We’re thrilled to share that we have achieved planning approval for our development project at The Mount, located in the sought-after Rotherfield Road in Henley-on-Thames.

The two Anderson Orr-designed homes benefit from stunning views over the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and complement the prevailing character of the tree-lined Rotherfield Road:

We acquired The Mount in 2023 and have been on a long journey to reach this milestone, after a successful planning appeal. We are incredibly excited about the next steps for this fantastic location.

Kingerlee Homes is excited to showcase photographs of the completed project at Aelfrith Court.

This development consisted of five detached residential dwellings located in the picturesque village of Kingston Bagpuize. The design of the houses focused on carefully integrating the existing trees within the landscape, with the Blue Atlas Cedar tree being the focal point.

Three of the properties were crafted with a traditional finish with brick clad and render. The other two dwellings incorporated a more contemporary look, finished with a Cedral weatherboard cladding.

The roof structure works are now underway at our project at Brewhouse Yard, Wallingford. A development of 14 residential units in a mews courtyard.

In the north block, plots 12 and 14 are nearing completion, while on the south block, roof structures to plots 7 and 8 have recently commenced.

The existing roof on the south block has undergone multiple repairs and is now ready for roofing felt and battens. Once the buildings are weatherproof, works will start on the first fix carpentry.

Members of the Kingerlee Homes team had the privilege of attending an event hosted by Nobilia kitchens in Gütersloh. Our team gained valuable insights into an array of kitchen designs and options, as well as an in-depth understanding of the meticulous manufacturing process.
