Removed the existing clay roof tiles and replaced them with new clay tiles. Installed a TLX Gold breathable membrane along with new battens and felt to ensure long-term durability ⭐️

The customer had been experiencing cold spots in the children’s bedrooms, so we fitted 50mm insulation between the rafters to improve thermal performance before installing the new membrane system.

All works were completed to a high standard, signed off by Building Control, and come with a 10-year insurance-backed warranty 📄

Before & after from a recent job completed in Summertown 🔨

The homeowner was struggling to sell their property due to spray foam insulation in the roof so we stepped in and safely removed it.

We then stripped off the old clay tiles, installed new felt and battens, and finished the roof with brand new brown concrete granular double Roman tiles for a clean, durable look.

All work has been signed off by building control and comes with our 10-year insurance-backed warranty for complete peace of mind.

We stripped this roof back, installed brand new rafters, breathable felt and fresh battens, then finished it off with these beautiful red concrete tiles 🔴🏡

Completed with a dry ridge system and dry verge on the gables for a smart, low-maintenance finish.

This project was recently completed at a property in London. The client was unable to proceed with the sale due to the poor condition of the roof, so we worked quickly to resolve the issues and help move the sale forward.

The works included replacing rotten rafters and the ridge beam where required, installing new natural slates, a breathable membrane, and treated battens. All works were fully signed off by Building Control and completed with a 10-year insurance-backed warranty, enabling the client to proceed with the sale of the property 🏠
