Director Blain Parrott, and Site Manager, Joel, were caught on camera beneath the circular porch feature at our most recent new-build home project in South Oxfordshire.

With its timber frame, Millworks Ltd ThermoWood Ash cladding and slate roofing complete, the character of this five-bedroom family home is really beginning to emerge.

Designed by Allister Godfrey, the entrance will come into its own in the late afternoon, when natural light floods the space, catching the Cotswold Natural Stone Ltd walls and adjacent Japanese Zen garden.

The stonework, built by our masonry team, brings texture and depth to the architecture, connecting the entrance to the landscaping beyond and the shifting light within.
Thoughtful architecture, natural materials and considered construction shape the character of a one-off home long before the finishes go in.

The kitchen at Highbury Lodge was designed around the natural rhythm of everyday life.

Set at the heart of this contemporary South Oxfordshire home, its dark cabinetry and Farrow & Ball’s Railings no.31 wall colour are balanced by warm timber flooring and Dekton Laurent worktops with distinctive gold veining.

The open-plan layout flows naturally from cooking and preparation to the breakfast bar and living room, while generous glazing brings in daylight and opens the interior to views of the surrounding woodland.
