Tom began his career in the decorating industry at just 18 years old, working on prestigious Victorian properties across Kensington and Chelsea. As his career progressed, Tom went on to deliver and manage large‑scale decorating projects across the South of England. He built extensive experience across both residential and commercial sectors, combining hands‑on skill with strong project management capability. This blend of practical and operational expertise became the foundation for his entrepreneurial journey.
In 2020, Tom launched his own venture and quickly earned a reputation for quality, reliability and professionalism. That success paved the way for the formation of Noble Painting & Decorating in 2024, where the business has since enjoyed consistent month‑on‑month growth and long‑term stability.
