👀 A big addition to our living sector expertise...

Andrew Stanford has joined Ridge, bringing more than 30 years’ experience across residential investment, asset management, capital markets and strategic advisory.

His career has taken him from leading the UK Government’s Private Rented Sector Taskforce, helping establish Build to Rent in the UK, to senior roles at Deloitte, Colliers and LaSalle Investment Management.

As the living sector navigates higher financing costs, changing regulation and pressure on housing delivery, Andrew will work with investors, developers and housing providers to make sense of the challenges and opportunities ahead.

All Souls College, Oxford - 600 years old, now has a fully realised digital twin.

Our latest survey at All Souls College demonstrates how Ridge is using advanced laser scanning and SLAM technology with the NavVis VLX/MLX scanners to deliver fast, accurate, and non-intrusive point cloud data. This enables clients to visualise entire sites in 3D, supporting BIM modelling, and integration with planned preventative maintenance (PPM) surveys.
