This flat roof in Langford Village was stripped right back, fitted with new deck boards and finished with our client favourite Armourplan single ply membrane, plus a brand new skylight from Rubber4Roofs

A cracking extension completed for Bicester legend Mick Lewis 👌🏼

Finished with profile pantiles to keep it in line with the main house, three Velux skylights to bring in plenty of natural light and fresh air, new lead flashings, mortar verges and ridge tiles.

Some fantastic detail in this one… plus a couple of familiar faces helping us show it off 😂

A lovely little terraced slate strip for the boys in bustling Oxford recently 👌🏼

The natural slate was stripped, graded and reused wherever possible, before fitting a new breathable membrane and treated battens, then loading everything back up and re-slating.

Lead flashings changed, sealed and another one ticked off.

Proper bread and butter roofing 🔨

A complete flat roof overhaul in Kidlington this week for the A&D team 💪🏼

The tired bitumen and stone chipping roof was stripped back before we fitted new timber firrings to improve the fall and direct surface water properly towards the guttering.

Fresh OSB decking was then laid, followed by an IKO Armourplan Fleeceback membrane and sleek metal edge trims to finish it off.

A much smarter, longer-lasting roof that now drains as it should.

Middleton Stoney… absolutely beautiful 👌🏼

We’re wrapping up the double dormer installation, with the plastering looking sleek and smooth ready for the customer to paint. Just the skirting boards to tie back in and a few finishing touches to go.

Finishing off this IKO Armourplan single-ply roof for Rees Building Services with a new lead coping detail to the parapet.

Welted, welded and finished with patination oil to keep everything protected and watertight.
