Please share your thoughts on this. Having worked as an upholsterer for a number of years my experience has taught me it's usually not worthwhile to take on projects that need some TLC unless you have a buyer as selling the finished product is the hardest part. It's expensive and time consuming to bring back life into a piece of furniture that has seen better days. I have this sofa/bench which could look amazing at a dining table, in a hallway or even a bedroom but it needs a new set of clothing (potentially even a little support in the seat but I can't tell unless I take a look underneath the top fabric). How much would you be willing to pay for such a piece and what fabric would you prefer? Please share your opinions with me as it will help me decide whether it's even worth starting. Thank you all.

Glöm inte att imorgon startar den nya Facebook-regeln där de kan använda dina foton. Glöm inte att Deadline är idag!!! Den kan användas i domstolsfall i rättstvister mot dig. Allt du någonsin publicerat blir offentligt från och med idag - även meddelanden som har tagits bort. Det kostar ingenting för en enkel kopia och klistra in, bättre säker än ledsen.

Well, that fabric took me back to when I was training and choosing fabric for my final project. Back then Emma Shipley was not very well known, a newly graduated young woman who had teamed up with a company to print her design “Titus” onto wool. I simply had to use it and I still love my chair. Emma has since then changed fabric company she works with, added a few designs and become a much more known designer. Lucky for me as my customer wanted a headboard in one of her designs. This was a fabulous last project for the year. Other commitments await.
