7 weeks ago we were preparing for possibly the busiest period since I set up SME Contractors Limited.

My old Boss said “self praise is no praise” but I think we smashed it out the park!

It certainly wasn’t easy and the team were pulling 60+ hour weeks but we got there!

Big thanks to Paul, Simon, Joe, Chris and Daz. Your efforts are very much appreciated and to all our families for putting up with it all.

Unfortunately I had to give Darcy her P45 last week 😩

The good news, is that she secured a degree apprenticeship in computer engineering following her fantastic A-level results.

It’s been a whirlwind week for her, getting her results, turning 18 and then starting a new job the following day.

I couldn’t be more proud. Good luck in your new endeavours Darcy. You’ll be fantastic!

The 5 o’clock club!

Did I wake, make a freshly ground coffee followed by some reflection and manifestation then do a HiiT session or some aerobic conditioning?

Did I hell as like.

My 5am routine is being rudely awakened not by the dustman (Blur Parklife reference 😜) but my 3 year old son.

We’ve had a cuddle on the sofa watching a combo of Peppa Pig and Paw patrol, played with his toy cars followed by juice and pancakes.
