Annual PCA External Audit – another year of keeping standards high!
Today we had our annual external audit with the Property Care Association (PCA), and it was great to have the opportunity to step back, review what we’re doing and look at where we can continue to improve.
So, why are PCA audits important?
As PCA members, regular external audits help ensure that businesses are maintaining the high standards expected within the property care industry. They provide an independent review of areas such as our procedures, technical standards, training, documentation, quality of work and ongoing compliance.
But an audit isn’t just about finding things that need changing. It’s also about recognising what we’re doing well, identifying opportunities to improve and making sure we’re continually moving forward.
We’re pleased to say the audit was a really positive experience, and it was great to discuss what’s coming up within the industry and where we can continue to develop as a business.
For us, maintaining high standards isn’t just about passing an audit, it’s about giving our customers confidence that they’re dealing with a professional, competent and continually improving company.
A big thank you to the PCA auditor for their time, guidance and constructive feedback today.
Always learning. Always improving. Always striving to do the best for our customers.
