Last month we tackled this seemingly straightforward job in Exeter, only to find out different. The old roof was left there and concrete poured over the top. We haven’t seen anything like this in a long time. Not what you need when working for a new estate agent 🤦🏻‍♂️but we got over and jot the job done. 2 roofs off. New roof on.

Fitted a slate vent today on a new roof, possibly some of the worst workmanship Iv ever seen. Not normally one to slate other people’s work, but they paid a lot of money for a new roof and this is what they get. Absolutely shocking. 😡 no rivets. No leadwork in the chimney or walls just muck.
