Another project nearing completion in Dartmouth.

This partial refurbishment and alteration has completely transformed the property while respecting its character and making the most of its incredible location.

Our works included: • New pitched roof dormer • Removal of the existing flat roofs and installation of new insulated roof systems • New bespoke veranda roof • New rooflights • New rainwater goods • New Tricoya fascias and soffits • Extensive tanking and water ingress remedial works • Full internal and external redecoration • A new raised terrace finished with natural Devon slate walling, composite decking and stainless steel wire balustrades
