Couple of small projects to showcase....

First up was a small, rendered wall renovation. We stripped it back to bare brick and installed a lovely multi tonal London Black porcelain tile. The copes are a lovely 600x300 Grey sandstone and to finish it all broken tiles were replaced and the whole patio was regroutted with a lovely fresh cream grout!

Totally transformed and modernized this outside space!!!

This was a stunner...this property has its own WATERFALL!!! A complete overhaul of the front of the house.

A sunken, winding castle grey sandstone path leads to the focal point...a beautiful 3 tier step with curved edges, crafted with a grey 6" Bekstone blocks and a sandstone inlay. A shaped lawn area was also created using the various sized bekstone blocks. The gravel areas are a spectacular 20mm Blue Ice Decorative marble which really brightens the whole area.

As always big shout to the lovely couple who kept the teas on full flow. See you in March for phase 2😁

Updated number 2...the big yin😳🤣

This was a monster and a tale of two halves.
A front driveway extension on each side of the drive was on the cards first with some lovely flame treated sleeper planters and a 6ft fence on one side and a 4ft fence on the other...easy peasy...we then went to the rear, 400m2 was to be re-levelled and returfed and we found the BEDROCK under the whole area that was being removed and re-levelled-changed the whole project.. 50 ton + of soil was the bought in to raise the other side up...then the rain🤣🤦‍♂️ so much rain...

A putting area was installed with 4 holes to practice. 4mx6m internal putting green surrounded by a lush 38mm Shetland artifical turf both supplied by our friends The Grass Yard which brought the total size to just under 6mx8m👀 for chips n putts👍
A custom golf bay was contsructed at the side of the green to house a Driving net and to provide a little shelter while practicing the ol' swing😁.
A new step from the existing pergola and decking was built to access new gravel areas round the putting/bay.
The side of the property was also re-levelled and a bin/utility area with path to the driveway was constructed. Lastly a small ice bath housing was built for the budding athletes/giants of the household 🤣

A big thanks to Lisa Peacock Turfscape who no only provided the 350m2 lush turf, but also kept in touch when the delays inevitably took hold..great service and an amazing bunch of lads n lasses!

But the biggest shout goes to Claire and Family!! Amazing people that put up with the madness for a little longer than we anticipated and we're ALL part of the process in creating this wonderful space...

After a few months battling bedrock and the weather, we have a couple jobs to showcase....

First up was a small renovation that was completed over two stages. Stage one was the huge step we created with an Autumn Brown sanstone and a Tobermore Heather Kerbstone.
We then continued Autumn Brown out to create a small patio area and the whole patio was edged with a coun
The raised area utility area was lifted relayed and boxed in with the same kerbstone as the step.
The whole area was sheeted and a new decorative silver granite stone was brought in

Back to something a little more recent...

The customer had a new extension built and wanted a lovely raised patio with a wrap around step.

A Tobermore Kerbstone was used to create our steps with a lovely Autumn Brown sanstone inlay and patio in the same colour.

The vents were extended fron the building and new vents were installed teminating in the top step.

Massive shout to the customer, an absolute gent and a pleasure to work with!!!

Rewinding to a previous job...

A lovely Rippon Buff sanstone random pattern patio with all the right curves in all the right places!! It is edged with a 150x150mm burren cobble and circle tree planter was installed to break the line of the Artificial Grass and the patio. All surrounded by a beautifully planted 400mm raised timber sleeper planter.

Massive credit to the customer who replanted almost all the beds and stained the sleepers while we were at home!

The Artificial Grass is a 5m x 7m(ish) 38mm pile, Westray supllied and delivered by our friends @ The Grass Yard!

Big shout to the customer who always made sure we were coffeed up and brought a little banter to keep the mind fresh

Another lovely renovation project complete😁...even after a week of backwards and forwards with a supplier with incorrect slabs sent etc...🤦‍♂️

Anyway...a lovely Raj sandstone curved patio edged with a burren country cobble with a new small planter at the front and a larger bed at the rear with textured coping stones

We also reused some of te original flags to create a storage/utility area at the rear of the garage conversion.

Underneath that lush returf is a new under ground drainage system with 4" perforated pipe.
