💪 Home Gym Electrical Installation Completed – Haddington 💡📶

TerraPower Electrical Services recently completed the full electrical installation for this high-quality home gym in Haddington, delivering a clean, professional setup ready for serious training.

🔧 What we installed:
✔️ Bright, well-positioned LED lighting, providing even coverage throughout the gym space
✔️ A dedicated consumer unit, clearly labelled and future-ready
✔️ Power and infrastructure in place to support a WiFi system — ideal for streaming workouts, online coaching, and smart gym equipment
✔️ A neat, compliant installation finished to a high standard
✔️ External lighting controlled via the Shelly app to allow the client to control and set timers from their phones 📲

Customer supplied all external lighting fittings with some lovely pooky pathway lights on the sleepers 💡

From lighting design to safe, organised distribution, this project shows how the right electrical work can elevate a space and make it practical all year round.

This project was brought right up to modern standards with a brand-new Wylex RCBO consumer unit with SPD for maximum protection and safety. 🔒
We also installed a full set of Aico smoke and heat alarms to provide essential fire protection throughout the property. 🚨🔥
Throughout the home we fitted Click Mode accessories for a clean, stylish finish that really completes the look. ✨

✨ Project Nearing Completion for Mackenzie Builders ✨

We’ve been busy bringing this home office, utility & kitchen to life with a clean and stylish electrical fit-out ⚡

Highlights include:
🔌 Antique brass fittings for that classic, high-end touch

💡 cob led Under-unit lighting to elevate the kitchen space

🛠️ Elucian RCBO consumer unit with SPD for top-tier safety & performance

Once kitchen cornicing and kick plates are complete we will return to install the rest of the feature lighting ⚡️

Everything wired, tested & looking the part 👌

We’ve been busy ticking off a couple of the bigger jobs this week 👇

📍 West End – Made some upgrades to the existing electrical system, including feature lighting to highlight some beautiful decorative coving. Subtle details, big impact 💡

📍 Cardonald – Full rewire 90% completed - just awaiting the kitchen to be fitted and we can return and power that up, bringing everything up to current regs and boosting the overall safety of the installation . Clean, modern, and future-proof 🔧⚡️

Now that the dust has settled I just want to say what a privilege working on has been over the past 8 days!

Working with Billy has been brilliant he’s such a calming influence in a high speed and high stress environment where you have an almost impossible amount of work to get done in such a short space of time, I still don’t know how we managed it!

Working with all the other sparks, joiners, plumbers, brickies, plasterers, decorators, landscapers and every other volunteer has been great and we’ve all made memories to last a life time.

We gave up a week of our time and contributed to changing a family’s life.

Looking forward to seeing the episode go out some point in the future!

Also thanks the Margaret at Workwear Made Easy for sorting us out at short notice!

Barrhead rewire 📍

Some before, during and after photos of this weeks rewire 📸

We attended after storm Eowyn due to loss of power with the main RCD tripping off and not latching with all loads disconnected. Due to these being obsolete and the condition of wiring we advised the customer it was going to need rewired 👎

We installed temporary power and the client began the clear out getting prepared for the works to commence 💪

Downlights installed giving a nice clean look throughout 💡

brushed steel accessories fitted throughout and board installed for the garage 🫡
