✅Lead and manage a team of engineers, using existing expertise and knowledge.
✅Interpret & understand customers’ requirements, finding a cost-effective solution
✅Exceed customer expectations, building & strengthening relationships with them.
✅Propose and oversee budgets and timelines for all projects
✅Check and confirm the accuracy of all work performed and the methods used by the engineering team
✅Conduct various tests & quality assurance checks to verify the quality of completed projects
✅Monitor and determine staff training needs
✅Hire, train and manage your team effectively
✅Answer questions & resolve issues brought to you by your team.
✅ Communicate & collaborate with other managers, suppliers and contractors

Salary - Negotiable depending on experience

Salary: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift
