An early start this morning to tie up what has been a tricky rewire of an occupied office block.

This lovely old building needed to be upgraded and we were tasked with it.
Doing one floor at a time as it’s occupied makes life a bit easier but it’s still a tricky install.

Power is on and just the final few bits today.

Then it’s on to the next floor 🙌🏻

Emergency rewire complete.

Just as the last room was being decorated, this customer called us out for a faulty light.

After inspection we found old VIR cable in poor condition and the only option was a full rewire. 🙈

Our team carried out the installation with minimal damage and managed to get it all complete in a few days including plaster repairs.

It’s now all hoovered and cleaned and the client has the decorators back in to touch things up.
