This project transformed an existing stone outbuilding and adjoining area into a bright, contemporary extension while retaining the character of the original building.

By opening up the connection to the main house and introducing generous glazing and rooflights, the finished space feels completely different - lighter, more practical and far better suited to modern living.

Making every inch count. 🏡

This dormer extension was designed to maximise the roof space of an existing bungalow, creating a bright, practical new room that makes far better use of the home’s footprint.

Careful planning allowed us to open up the space while keeping it light, comfortable and beautifully integrated with the rest of the house.
