A quick video of a job recently completed at Blackness Castle. We took down the entire ceiling with repairs to the wooden lath and completed using lime plaster.

Here is a quick video of our talented team running a cornice in our yard. Our client had taken down a wall in their house and required new cornice to match the existing after opening up the room. Template was taken and this is it getting run, could watch this all day.

Working on a roof in the pouring rain is a bit of a challenge! Luckily we’ve managed to avoid some of the heavy downpours this week whilst attending the BNI networking event in Edinburgh. ☕️

We’re proud members of BNI and it’s a great opportunity to meet with other business professionals who help each other to pass on qualified business referrals. 2019 has been a great year so far for us as Tait and Mapp Roofing grows from strength to strength! 🙂

Flat roofs on a property can be really problematic. After time, they start to break down and if unnoticed can cause all sorts of issues.

We have just completed a flat lead roof replacement for a customer in Edinburgh. The original one was defective, so we replaced it with a new Firestone rubber EPDM roof, complete with a 10 year guarantee for peace of mind.
