The previous GRP roof had delaminated, causing water ingress within the customer’s home - now resolved by stripping back the existing roof and replacing with new timber and the help of Rapid Roof, a liquid rubber system - seamless protection that is built to last ✔️

Dry ridge also installed to replace cement ridge, to help with air flow.

From start to finish at this job in Tonbridge📍

Our customer had recent work carried out by another company but unfortunately didn’t get the expected finish, with leak left unresolved.
We have stripped it back and started again, leaving a tidier, watertight finish with new tiles and liquid rubber to line the gulley - leak now resolved ✔️

Overlay is not the way!

Another chimney reflaunched this week, this one had previously been overlayed only masking the problem. This has now been resolved by removing all existing cement and replacing with new.
