💥💥💥EICR’s!!!! 💥💥💥

Otherwise known as periodic inspection and testing, an EICR is basically a health check for your electrical installation.

🔥Over time cables and accessories can deteriorate and can result in increased fire risks in the property. 🔥

✅Law states these must be carried out on rental properties every 5 years or at change of occupancy and recommended that all properties be tested every 10 years.✅

⚡️⚡️At D Black Electrical we always strive to be the best and this is why I’ve recently completed the City and Guilds 2391-52 inspection and testing course. This course provides in depth specialist training on how to correctly carry out an EICR and all other testing and certification. This is a course not all electricians will complete as it’s over and above the standard apprenticeship. 💡💡

👨‍💼We are also covered with full public liability and professional indemnity insurance to give you that extra peace of mind. 👨‍💼

Been very quiet on social media recently but not because we haven’t been busy. Quite the opposite! From summerhouses, outside lighting upgrades, right through to full rewires, we’ve certainly been kept busy!

💡💡Previous customer called us back after replacing all their old outside lights on the property last year. 💡💡
