Some recent defects on my surveys.
From older to brand new houses!

A bit of a different Survey this week in Machynlleth on this lovely 1960 timber frame house.
The darker colours on the thermal camera show the walls are not insulated.
The pipes in the inspection chamber are pitch fibre and are starting to blister and fail.
The property has a blow air heating system, with a potential asbestos risk.

It’s been a busy year in Surveying, hence the lack of interaction on my page!
Some of my findings on recent Surveys, to include leaking hot water tanks, failed roofs, rotten windows and fascia boards to asbestos!

Today I received a lovely hamper from one of my Clients for a Survey I done a few weeks ago.
