Huge thankyous to everyone who has visited the shop this week and bought plants.

So many have sold that TOMORROW will be our last day. We still have some amazing plants available, including monstera, pothos, fishtail palm, giant peace lilies and a gorgeous tree fern cactus!

Here’s something a bit different - white variegated Pothos!

They can be grown as a trailing plant, but for the best colour and fenestration (that’s where the leaves grow with holes and splits in them) add a pole and you’ll get large leaves with amazing colour!

We’ve just had a new delivery of Spanish Moss - it’s a gorgeous, easy to care for plant that loves warmth and humidity so is great for bathrooms and kitchens!

Interesting facts about Spanish Moss -

1 - It used to be harvested for stuffing material in furniture and mattresses

2 - It’s not Spanish, and it’s not moss

3 - You can propagate it by simply cutting a piece off and hanging it. As the plant has no roots it’ll just continue to grow!

Oops I’ve done it again (to quote Brittany Spears!)

I can’t resist getting big plants into the shop so if your looking for a large, easy to care for, statement plant for your home I have just the thing. Pick from the gorgeous bird of paradise (which actually has four plants in the pot!) or an amazing Dracaena Fragrens (only two plants in this one, but just look at those leaves!)

I’ve been trying to come up with a catchy pun about cacti for a couple of days now, but have failed miserably - add your best cactus pun in the comments so I know how many I could have used!!
