We have been working predominately for the past few months on this large scale renovation.

It’s always good to drop by and see the progress once the decoration works begin. This main bathroom was originally a small shower room with low ceilings un-fit for purpose. We have almost doubled the floor space into a large open master bathroom.

Downstairs a tired old toilet has been given a much needed makeover. There is an en-suite currently having the finishing touches applied so keep your eyes peeled.

Just finished a kitchen renovation in Penrith ready for flooring to be laid and decoration throughout.

All electrical, plumbing and gas work completed in this package of work.

Coming to the end of a small extension job in Penrith we have been completing over the past few months.

The customer has a small galley kitchen within an existing two storey extension that was not fit for purpose for a small family home.

We have built a single storey extension to the side of the existing kitchen, opening the area up to create a large kitchen diner with double patio doors out onto the garden as well as a rear single storey extension containing a small utility space and downstairs shower room.

We still have a few finishing touches to complete internally on this one before we move outside onto the external works (paving, fencing etc) so watch this space.

We have just been back to a panelling project in Penrith to hang a new door for an existing customer and have managed to get some photos of a panelling job completed recently.

It was a bit of a tricky project with the house being so old with curved sections of walls and lots and lots of angles! Will at WF Painting and Decorating has done a fantastic job with a lovely finish that the photos don't do justice to!

New carpets going down in the next few weeks to finish off the project.

We have just finished off a set of built in wardrobes this week which needed a bit of thought and planning (luckily the customer knew exactly what they wanted!).

The room was quite small and limited for space so the bespoke doors have been made to bi-fold and open without clashing with the bed. Ideal for getting the essential storage in a very limited area.

We completed a small bathroom renovation recently in Penrith. The customer was having issues with leaks from multiple areas in the bathroom with one causing the ceiling below to partially collapse.

They knew they wanted to update the bathroom but didn't want to stray too far from what they already had.

The bathroom was fully demolished with new pipe work and plastering. The flooring needed significantly levelling and the ceiling below reconstructed.

The customer decided on shower panels as opposed to tiling to get a nice high end, easy maintainable finish.

All in all a very happy customer and we are excited to see it fully decorated!

We have just finished a nice kitchen diner renovation in Penrith this week. The 20+ year old kitchen was in need of quite a lot of work. Parry Contracting worked with the customer to design a more practical and modern space.

All the work completed by ourselves alongside local reliable subcontractors, inclusive of the demolition, re-plastering, plumbing, kitchen install and flooring. The customer did complete the decoration so we can’t take credit for that one unfortunately!
