Not your normal foundation design, driven piles have been installed with reinforced concrete pile caps, galvanised steel beams being fitted to carry a new extension, hovering terrace, balcony and connecting bridge. This is a different type of job but will look great when finished.

Close to completion this project is looking great, taking an old 1950’s timber frame property with no insulation, demolishing 70% then rebuilding it to todays standards surely has transformed it, excellent lakes location with amazing views and high quality finish this home sure will be a credit to all involved, couldn’t have done this without the hard work of our team and our sub contractors, well done everyone 👏
