Planning Granted 🙌

We’re delighted to have secured planning permission for this exciting two-storey extension and external refurbishment project.

Our clients wanted to replace a tired single-storey flat-roofed utility and WC area with a more practical and considered addition to their home. The approved scheme creates a new snug, storage and WC at ground floor level, with a generous new principal bedroom above.

Working closely with the clients, we developed the internal layouts and external works to suit the way they live, whilst introducing a number of bespoke design features to give the project its own character. These include a wrap-around canopy, a mix of carefully selected natural materials and textures, a redesigned driveway including a bin store, and tailored joinery solutions within.

With only positive feedback throughout the planning process, the application was approved smoothly, and we’re looking forward to seeing the project progress to the next stage.
