So this was A challenging Slight Modification ,
With the compact kitchen space being set down in the floor, coupled with a low ceiling height , made things interesting to say the least,
But I like a challenge, and this one came out lovely, and to look at you’d never know the work involved to make it all fit, including tower unit bespoke built to fit lower ceiling height, and the challenge of actually getting it in the space and stood up .. 😅 ,

Another Slight Modification,
This return customer couldn’t put off the master bathroom refurbishment any longer… The old bathroom had given up badly, and was rotting from failed tiles and poor construction,

So after stripping the bathroom back to a shell and repairing and replacing all the rotten timbers etc, it finally took shape with a few modifications.. the end result speaks for itself i think.
