Planning approved! ☕️

We’re pleased to have secured planning permission for the conversion of a former garage and store building at the Dynasty Restaurant in Perranuthnoe into a new takeaway café and coffee shop.

The proposals will bring an underused and storm-damaged building back into productive use, creating a welcoming customer space with a serving area, food preparation facilities and an accessible WC.

By making use of the existing building and infrastructure, the scheme provides a sustainable way to support an established local business while adding to the services available for residents and visitors to Perranuthnoe.

We’re looking forward to seeing the transformation take shape and the new café open its doors.

We’re delighted to confirm that works have now started at Nanturras Way following the successful discharge of planning conditions. 🚧⛺

The scheme will transform the site into a new campsite, complete with a purpose-built ablutions block to provide quality facilities for future visitors.

After a particularly wet and windy spell of weather across the area, the team will be working carefully to manage ground conditions, but it’s fantastic to see the project getting underway.

We’re excited to see this new facility take shape and will share further updates as progress continues.

Planning + Listed Building Consent secured ✔️

We’re delighted to have approval for the careful transformation of a Grade II listed Regency home in Penzance.

The proposals introduce a modest contemporary rear extension, creating a light-filled sunroom that connects seamlessly to the garden, alongside internal reconfiguration to improve accessibility, circulation and everyday living.

The design has been developed to respect the building’s historic significance, preserving the principal façade and roofscape while replacing unsympathetic lean-to additions with a high-quality, subservient intervention that supports the home’s long-term future.

A thoughtful balance between heritage and modern living and a great result for our Clients.
