Call out on a holiday home in Hayle. I had a call from the customer about a tripping RCD.
I was there within two hours as the was no power at the property. I found the fault after testing all the circuits. As you can see water had gotten into the extension lead. This was replaced and also the plumbing was fixed. Another happy customer and happy guests.

It's long overdue a rewire!!!

This was a massive fire hazard, plus the gas pipe was live due to a fault.

This is why it's so important to keep up to date with electrical tests.
You should have a test (EICR) every 10 years for domestic properties, and every 5 years for rentals.
