Next up is a commercial project, transforming a former solicitors' office into a stylish local wine bar. With direct access from the street, the design incorporates a welcoming front bar, while the rear of the property was repurposed as a versatile function room.

The refurbishment included the construction of five high quality cubicle toilets, an additional WC and the installation of a compact kitchen. A former filing cabinet was creatively repurposed into an elegant display unit which now showcases a selection of fine wines behind the bar.

We managed the project from inception to completion, coordinating and supplying all trades, ensuring a seamless delivery.

It's been over a year since the last post, but that doesn't mean we haven't been busy!

We've been working away on a variety of projects which we're excited to share with you over the coming weeks.

To kick us off, here's a kitchen and bathroom remodel that we completed last year.

The kitchen features a Clerkenwell Kitchen with a compact laminate worktop and matching laminate splachback. We made some modifications to the tapered end run to maximise the functionality of the compact space. Hightop wall units were installed, allowing the client to utilise the full vertical storage space.

In the bathroom, we fitted Fibo Wet Wall panels, and installed a corner entry shower cubicle to improve access and provide more usable space around the toilet. We installed a rainfall shower with a separate handset to allow full body coverage for the client. Ceiling panels were also installed, along with LVT flooring in both the kitchen and bathroom to complete the finish.

Recently, we completed this small extension extending the rear of the property into a small family room, with a generous opening into the kitchen area using stylish pocket doors. In addition to this, we also utilized some space from the existing garage creating extra room for guests or a quiet space to study in. Roof lighting was installed making it bright and comfortable to relax in within the summer months.

Here’s a look at some of the smaller joinery projects we’ve worked on this year. One involved building and replacing a deteriorated porch, damaged throughout by a leaking roof. We also installed a composite deck with a balustrade, providing a durable solution to replace the old timber decking and framing. Additionally, we crafted a couple of custom wardrobes and a bespoke hall entrance door with sidelights.

We recently completed a garage conversion in Perth, transforming the space into a cozy bedroom, cloakroom/boots off area, with additional storage. We also removed a load-bearing wall to open up the area, creating more flow between the living room and kitchen.
