Recent kitchen renovation works we carried out for our clients in Birkhill, this job evolved a bit whilst we were there as the clients decided they wanted to update all the internal doors and finishings, replacing them with oak which included, oak doors, oak door posts, oak skirtings and architraves, we also renovated and updated the small toilet area for them.

•supply and installation of new aluminium Bi-fold doors ✅

Update on one of our current on going projects this one is in scone, full rip out of existing building with some re configurations happening, all new toilets, bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms and living room with a new single story extension with flat roof, this will be finished with larch cladding later this month, all new doors and windows, guttering, drainage and paint works.

Update on one of our other projects in Birkhill, full rip out of old kitchen and toilet, new opening created for bi-fold doors and partition buoy for new room layout, awaiting decorator taping and filing this one before getting the new kitchen and toilet installed.

Full rip out of the old tired kitchen and exterior door, with a brand new howdens kitchen installed and new side door with glass fitted to allow more light in to the space.

•Electrician/ Electrify and Plumber/ Mckenzie Plumbing Heating contracted in for this one. ✅

•Howdens designed Kitchen ✅

We recently carried out some internal works for a returning customer in scone, works carried out included,

•oak internal doors ✅
•bespoke meranti skirtings and architraves ✅
•new loft hatch with ladder ✅
•media wall ✅
•fuse box enclosure ✅
•making adjustments to an internal wall to open up the living space. ✅

My favourite part of this one was the bespoke skirtings and architraves as we carried the pattern up and around the entire home, giving a sleek modern finish along with the oak internal doors, all ready for the decorator to work his magic 🪄!
