Our potted stock of Rhodos from this year's lift. These will be sold at the garden centre but have all been grown on site here at the nursery.

From cuttings, mist tunnel, poly tunnel, then grown on in our open beds. We're one of the few nurseries left where we don't force them on and still use raised open beds.

Visitors to the Woodland Gardens here at Glendoick may have noticed that one of our waterfall viewpoints was closed off for some essential repairs.

The old steps were rotten and in much need of replacement. Much credit for the initial grunt work goes to it often unheralded Estates Manager Dave and to the Nursery and Gardens team for finishing the job off.

Visitors can once again enjoy the view in safety

Unfortunately our specimen rhodos and azaleas cannot be delivered and are for collection only. They are well worth the effort and journey though.

We begin our lifting for mail order and collection in the autumn so patience is a virtue 😉

A walk up the hill on the far side of the burn in our woodland garden. Starting at the low bridge and finishing at the viewpoint beside our amazing Sutchuenense, planted by Euan Cox in the early part of the 20th century.

The colours in the woodland are at their best just now so pay is a visit and see for yourselves!

A walk through our stunning garden by the house today in glorious spring sunshine. Showcasing amongst other things some of our original dwarf rhododendron bird hybrid specimens, keen viewers will spot the everred, camelias and magnolias!

Our gardens are open for the next few weeks so all visitors are welcome. Purchase your ticket at the garden centre then it's a short trip up the drive.
