Hi everyone would like to introduce myself we are a new business that I've set up in memory of my late partner Erica as she knew how passionate and dedicated i am to gardening decorating and home improvements so a month or so before her passing we came up with a plan for me to quit my full time job and work for myself for flexibility and being on hand for ease of caring for hospital and appointments as the company i was working for were less that helpful throughout her illness (infact they did evrything to make our lives impossible) as she was a renal patient for 23 years and her heart had become weaker and was frequently in hospital with this , so to be able to care more for her we decided to get the idea of my own business going to make everything easier for both and I was going to become her permanent carer but have the freedom of hospital appointments/treatments without worry but it was with such devastation that sadly she suffered a heart attack and passed away which spurred me to do this venture and make her memory and name something proud to be remembered i plan to make this business something substantial and pride myself on my attention to detail and customer satisfaction please bear with me as i am new to this and still learning the admins and paperwork sides, we are now fully registered with companies house and look forward to working with you all in the near future.

Price List 2023 :
Gutter Cleaning
• Basic Gutter Cleaning: £50 - £100
• Gutter Cleaning with Minor Repairs: £100 - £150
Window Cleaning:
• Regular Window Cleaning (per house): Typically £10 - £30 for a small to medium house, £40 - £100 for a large house
• One-Time or Infrequent Cleaning (per house): Typically £15 - £40 for a small to medium house, £40 - £150 for a large house
Gardening service's
• Lawn Mowing: £20 - £40 ph min 1 hr
• Hedge Trimming: £20 -£40 ph min 1 hr
• Garden Clean-Up £20 - £40 ph min 1 hr
• Landscaping Design and Installation prices vary per job required
• Gardener (Per Hour): £20 - £40 min 1 hr
• Gardener (Per Day): £120 - £320
• Grass Cutting (Per Hour): £20 - £40 min 1 hr
• Hedge Cutting (Per Hour): £20 - £40 mjn 1 hr
• Pruning (Per Hour): £20 - £40 min 1 hr
• Weeding (Per Hour): £20 - £40 min 1 hr
• Laying Turf: £5 - £10 per square meter
• Laying Slabs: £50 - £100 per square meter
• Green Waste removal will be charged at extra depending on load size
Patio Services
• Constructing Sub-Base for Patio: £40 - £80 per square meter
• Labour Costs for Laying a Patio: £50- £100 per square meter
Decorating Services
• Interior Painting (per room): Varies by room size and complexity, typically £150 - £400 per room
• Wallpaper Installation (per wall/room): Varies by room, size and complexity, typically £150 - £400 per wall/room
• Painting Doors: £35 - £80 per door
• Painting Windows: £20 - £50 per window frame
• Painting Skirting Boards: Typically £40 - £200 depending on room size
• Painting Staircase and Railings: Varies by complexity, typically £300 - £600 for a single staircase
• Repainting Wood Trim: Typically £40 - £200 depending on room size
Day labour rates can be discussed depending on job required for bigger projects
