🚨 Is your fire alarm panel showing a fault?

The panel may still be on, but a fault could mean a detector, sounder or another part of the system needs attention. Silencing the buzzer doesn’t resolve the problem.

Your fire alarm is there to warn people when they need to act, so a fault is worth investigating promptly.

🔥 When was your last fire risk assessment?

A fire risk assessment (FRA) identifies fire hazards, who could be harmed and what needs improving to keep people safe.

Receiving the report isn’t the finish line. If you’re responsible for fire safety, you must ensure the findings are addressed and necessary actions completed.

Your assessment needs regular review, especially when changes affect fire safety.

🏃‍♀️ SHE DID IT! 🏅👏

A huge well done to our very own Jess, who completed the AEPG Great Eastern Run Half Marathon yesterday! 💪

Jess took on the 13.1 mile challenge to raise money for Little Miracles Charity, a fantastic local charity supporting children with additional needs, disabilities and life-limiting conditions, along with their families. 🌈❤️

And don’t let that smile fool you! 😂 It was tough, it hurt, and there were moments when every step was a challenge!

But Jess had two very important reasons to keep going. ❤️

Firstly, to raise money for a charity that does incredible things for local families.

And secondly, to show her children that they can achieve anything they put their minds to. Things won’t always be easy, sometimes they’ll hurt and take a lot of hard work, but with determination and perseverance, anything is possible. 💪

We’re incredibly proud of Jess for pushing through the pain and getting across that finish line!

👏 13.1 miles, a fantastic cause and a brilliant example of determination and never giving up!
