Does a bigger EV battery mean every charge costs more? Not necessarily. 🔋

The cost of a top-up depends on how much energy you add and your electricity rate.

Add 20kWh at 8p/kWh and the electricity costs £1.60, whether your car has a 40kWh battery or an 80kWh battery.*

A larger battery costs more to fill from empty at the same rate, but most drivers simply top up what they need.
