As our workload continues to grow, we’re looking for skilled joiners to work with us across a varied range of projects.

The work can include roofing, kitchens, bathrooms, complete property renovations, repairs and general joinery. We’re looking for capable joiners who are comfortable working across different types and stages of a project.

Opportunities are available for:

* Full-time employment
* Regular subcontract work

Rates from £18–£30 per hour, depending on experience, standard of work, ability to work independently and working arrangement.

Applicants must be reliable, take pride in their work and consistently deliver a high standard. A full driving licence is essential.

EXPERIENCED BATHROOM FITTERS WANTED

Due to the continued growth of VP Projects & Development Ltd, we’re looking for experienced, high-quality bathroom fitters to work with us on upcoming projects.

We’re looking for people who can confidently carry out full bathroom installations, including:

* Aqua/wet-wall panelling
* Fitting toilets, basins, baths, vanity units and showers
* Plumbing and connecting bathroom sanitaryware
* Shower trays and screens
* Bathroom flooring
* General joinery, including framing and alterations where required
* Tiling experience would be a bonus, but isn’t essential

We’re looking for experienced fitters who take pride in their work and can produce a high standard of finish.

Another roof survey carried out today by VP Projects & Development Ltd 🏠

Making use of our drone to get a closer look at the flat roof, chimneys, leadwork and other areas that are difficult to access from ground level.

It also gives us a good overview of the roof and helps identify any visible damage or areas where water may be sitting before putting together our quotation.

With winter not too far away, it’s always worth catching any potential issues early.

Fully insured and CAA registered. ✅

Complete Exterior Transformation 🏠

A huge difference on this renovation.

The property has had a complete exterior upgrade, including new replacement windows, new front door, repairs and preparation to the exterior, and fresh harling to completely transform the front of the house.

A much cleaner, more modern finish and a massive improvement from where it started.

🔨 Another structural repair completed by VP Projects & Development Ltd.

This garage had developed significant cracking due to the original steel beam becoming severely corroded over time. Once the masonry above the opening was removed, it became clear the beam had reached the end of its service life and required replacing.

The work carried out included:

✔️ Carefully removing the cracked masonry above the garage opening
✔️ Removing the severely corroded steel beam
✔️ Installing a new structural steel beam
✔️ Applying an anti-corrosion protective coating to maximise the lifespan of the new steel
✔️ Rebuilding the masonry above the opening
✔️ Removing the cracked archway and harling the front of the garage and entrance wall, leaving a seamless, modern finish throughout.

The result is a garage that’s structurally sound, built to last, and finished to a high standard.

Bathroom Renovation Completed ✔️🚿

Bathroom renovation recently completed for a customer in Aberdeen.

The customer's main objective was to replace the existing bath with a modern walk-in shower, which required alterations to the existing pipework and a complete reconfiguration of the space.

Works included a full strip-out, replacement plasterboard where required, installation of wall panels, flooring,new bathroom fixtures, upgraded lighting/fan and finishing throughout.
