Firstly, I want to say a heartfelt thank you to all my amazing clients who have supported me over the years. Whether you've used my services or simply liked and shared my posts, your support never goes unnoticed and means the world to me. πβ¨
To ensure I can continue providing the best service possible, I need to introduce a few updates to my business practices:
1οΈβ£ **Non-Refundable Deposits**
Due to a recent increase in last-minute cancellations, I will now require non-refundable deposits to secure bookings. This helps cover my time and materials in case of unforeseen changes. I completely understand that life happens, but cancellations leave me without work and other clients waiting.
2οΈβ£ **Additional Services**
Services such as moving furniture (except for OAPs or those with medical conditions) and cleaning/dusting work surfaces will now incur an additional charge. ποΈπ§½
3οΈβ£ **Clear Job Preparation**
Preparation will be discussed and agreed upon before the job begins to ensure both parties have clear expectations. π οΈ
4οΈβ£ **Transparent Pricing**
All work will now be priced based on linear and square metre measurements. This ensures a clear, accurate breakdown of costs for every project. ππ°
While a small number of issues have prompted these changes, they are necessary to maintain the quality and consistency of my services. Like everyone, I have bills to pay and a household to support, and I truly appreciate your understanding.
