Love a bit detail work there is a lot of work to do on this one but will be nice when it’s complete. This is one of 9 jobs we are currently on with we are so busy right now and we appreciate the patience from all of our customers 💪

Very productive day got one extension up to head height for Luke LKR Building Services LTD and the one we are doing ourselves got the floor insulated and boarded,screwed and glued and the cavity filled with concrete 💪

Brickwork done at the weekend and floor started this afternoon one of many extensions being built at the same time 👌

This one was excavated for strip founds then refused by building control because of the tree and drainage nearby. We then went back to structural engineer to design a raft and finally we are ready to for the build.

Drains connected and extension set out to damp height for LKR Building Services LTD we may have a short wait on this one now while waiting for structural calcs.

2 fences removed along with quite a lot of conifers and replaced with a concrete fence with concrete planters. We also relocated electrical sockets and water pipe we will be back soon to do a little painting around the area and spread some grass seed
