As usual a little job turned out to be not so little.
This is a prefab extension, and one of the walls had so much damp in it that it had to be removed, we removed the infected damp and replaced it with fresh insulation board. Also most of the metal stop beads on the bungalow had perished, so those were removed and patched up.

We applied a reinforced mesh base cost. Then we applied the correct colour primer ready for the final V.P I Acrylic 1.5mm thin coat render.

This is a light grey Acrylic Render from V.P.I Render. A beautiful transformation. The last two pics are from the customer after they painted under the D.P.C with an anthracite masonry paint that they had to order.
