Meet Kristina 👋 the person behind many of the conversations you’ve probably had with Bio Response.
If you’ve emailed our team, picked up the phone to us, attended a networking event, or spoken to someone about what we do, there’s a good chance you’ve come across Kristina. 🩵💚
As our Business Development Manager, Kristina plays a huge role in building the relationships that sit at the heart of Bio Response. From connecting with Businesses and Organisations across the South Coast, attending Networking Events and meeting new contacts, to following up conversations and helping people understand exactly where Bio Response can support them, no two days are quite the same.
Her role isn’t simply about business development. It’s about being a familiar, friendly face and making sure people know who they can turn to when they need support. 🥰
Kristina joined Bio Response in July 2023, bringing previous experience in a similar role, along with a fantastic background in customer service and people skills from her time as cabin crew with Virgin Atlantic. That experience has become a huge part of what she brings to Bio Response today; confidence, communication and, most importantly, a genuine passion for people.
Whether she’s speaking to a prospective customer, catching up with an existing contact, answering an enquiry or representing Bio Response within the local business community, Kristina is often one of the first people you’ll speak to.
