Following on from my post yesterday about a leaking Mitsubishi ceiling cassette, I arrived in the early hours to carry out a full inspection.

The problem? No condensate pump had been installed. 😳

This is exactly why it pays to use a reputable company for your installation work. Getting it done properly the first time can save you a lot of money in the long run — especially when you consider the potential cost of water damage and extensive repairs.

We got cracked on, installed the correct condensate pump, fully tested the system, and everything is now working exactly as it should. ✅
