It's not all Electric Vehicle Charge Points, with ever increasing energy costs I have been busy ensuring Solar PV Systems around Hampshire are operating as they should.

A Customer in Petersfield required a replacement Solar Edge Optimiser, this was confirmed by Solar Edge who promptly sent a replacement under warranty.

One of the benefits of the Solar Edge system is the ability to monitor individual panels and optimise each panel to reduce any shading issues the installation may have, unfortunately the original installer hadn't taken the time to set up the array correctly!!!

All panels off to identify the faulty unit, replacement installed and system redesigned as it should be to enable correct monitoring of the system.

The Customer was generating a short time later and making use of his Zappi EV Charger installed by NPG Electrical
