The internal spaces are arranged with living areas on the first floor in response to stunning views to the front and the changes in level to the rear.

Accommodation includes six bedrooms and a master suite with generous living areas on the ground floor. The clients brief was to create open contemporary spaces with a similar feel to their previous home which was a modern apartment.

This project, including a side extension and comprehensive refurbishment, has been granted planning permission. The design features a spacious, well-lit hallway that separates the living and kitchen areas from the more private spaces, such as the bedrooms. The L-shaped layout maximises the use of the expansive rear garden, incorporating large openings to create a seamless indoor-outdoor flow while preserving privacy in the master bedroom. We are glad to have been able to provide a smooth planning process for the client.

We are pleased to share with you these pictures following the completion of a recent architectural project.
The double-story extension and extensive internal alterations have breathed new life into this classic residence.
The client's excellent communication and decisiveness made the process smooth and efficient. Highlights include window replacements, underfloor heating, structural work on the front bay, and the salvage of bricks from the demolition of buildings on the wider site to make new structures fit seamlessly with the old.
