Supporting Future Talent – Ryan’s Apprenticeship Journey
At JB Corrie, we’re proud to invest in the next generation and Ryan is already proving to be a fantastic addition to the team.
Currently in his first year as an Fire And Security Apprentice, Ryan is based in our pre build area within the high security division, working closely alongside experienced team members who bring over 50+ years of industry knowledge. This environment is giving him a strong foundation, allowing him to learn the basics the right way while gaining invaluable insight from seasoned professionals.
Ryan has quickly become a valued member of the team.
Alongside developing his technical skills, he’s also supporting key day to day operations such as stock takes and receipting goods, building a well rounded understanding of how the division operates.
With two years still to go in his apprenticeship, Ryan has already demonstrated a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a clear desire to succeed, all of which will serve him well as he continues to grow.
As part of his development, Ryan is also supported through Skills for Security, helping to further strengthen his knowledge, training, and progression within the industry.
Apprenticeships like this are a vital pathway for school leavers, helping them step confidently into the world of work. They provide not only hands on experience in a role they aspire to be in, but also essential life skills such as teamwork, responsibility, and problem solving.
We’re excited to continue supporting Ryan on his journey and watching him develop into the next generation of skilled professionals.
