Bah humbug
Strange one today , customer complained that they heard a crunch while locking the door

Upon inspection the gearbox has failed,

this is normally due to wear or the door being out of adjustment

Not this time,
The hanger for their Christmas wreath has stopped the door closing right , meaning that they had to force the handle harder , breaking the gearbox

Although our prices are very reasonable it was still an unexpected expense this time of year they could have done without

Please share with anyone who might be making this mistake

Breakfast time
Call out early morning to a local cafe , they locked up last night and were unable to get in this morning ,we were on site within 10 minutes of the call and had the door open not long after

Full lock replaced from our wide range on the van , thanks to the customer for the Coffee and butty, just what I needed when I was out before breakfast

Called out to a upvc door not working today , customer was afraid they wouldn't be able to lock the door all weekend , gearbox replaced from a large range I carry on board , others are available next day , and we have many temporary overnight locks that can be used so you will always be able to sleep soundly
