For Sale: Ford Transit Custom Limited 2019 L1H1 280S 130PS 6 Speed Manual in Magnetic Grey. Approx 55k miles. Looking for £16,500+VAT but open to sensible offers.

Can provide internal photos once we have it back from the detailer.

The van currently has a £3k Bott van racking system with half raised deck etc installed that would suit a tradesman such as an electrician or plumber. Would ideally like to sell with the van for an additional £1,500+VAT, but can be sold separately if absolutely necessary.

Van must be sold to a VAT registered limited company.

We are seeking additional labour to help with a variety of jobs around the South West.

Both employed and subcontractor roles considered.

Fire and security knowledge is essential, particularly first fixing, and a valid UK driving license is required.

We are also seeking to fill a trainee role for the right candidate, for anyone who may be looking to change careers or roles.

Pay to be discussed and dependant on experience.

Completion of two additional Paxton intercoms on an existing system for some new external gates. Work included provision and installation of a new stainless post for exit buttons, fabrication of which was completed by 100% Stainless Ltd who’s work was immaculate work as always.

Completion of a LD2 Grade A fire detection & alarm system, AOV system and video intercom system alongside RDW Electrical Services for Ride Developments SW at a new development off Mutley Plain.

Stunning far reaching views from the top floor flat that you wouldn’t expect from the location. a great project to be part of.

A couple of jobs we completed recently:

New fire detection & alarm system in a conference centre at Buckfast Abbey.

New fire detection & alarm system, disabled refuge, data & network and an intruder system for City College Plymouth at the Oceansgate development.

Old scaffold style CCTV tower replaced with a new winch-able column, allowing easy access for ongoing maintenance. Including installation of wireless link back to main system, new Hikvision HD PTZ, Hikvision HD bullet camera and a floor mounted cabinet to house equipment.

All works carried out by us, but a special thanks to A Staddon Groundworks LTD for the removal of the old tower, Altron Communications for the supply and delivery of the new column and Mark Parker at MP Welding & Fabrication for the custom mounting plate. Excellent service all round.

Completion of a new fire system (including door holdbacks and two air aspiration systems), EVAC system and intruder system at Truro & Penwith College. We were also required to carry out the full galvanised metal containment for our works on this job, which is usually out of our remit on the larger installs.

Before and after photos of a data room which had been like this since original installation several years ago.

All cables dressed in to basket correctly, new wall mounted data cab, new patch panels but retaining Unifi equipment.

We also spent time dressing cables into the correct order (in line with the layout of the building) in the patch panels, writing up a port schedule to make it easier for the customer to track issues or faults.
